Happy Friday and hooray for another long weekend! To make that Friday feeling even sweeter we bring you Episode 5: Sharks and Sailors.
This game is tons of fun, and for those of you that coach younger Netballers, enjoy that ship captain role for a couple of extra giggles.
As well as being fun, this game is great to make adaptations to depending on your coaching focus. Whether it’s getting your players to come forwards for the ball and gain ballside position, spatial awareness or a defensive focus on intercepts, make changes to encourage focus on certain elements of the game and make it your own!
