1. To start, please visit https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk on a computer or laptop device using either Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Edge
2. Select ‘Create Account’ underneath the login box
3. In order to create an account for yourself, select ‘1 adult’ in the drop-down menu
4. Enter your personal details
5. Select ‘Next’
6. Enter your emergency contact details, including their name, tel number, email address and their relationship to you
7. Enter any medical details in the required field (If this does not apply, please enter ‘N/A’)
8. Tick the Cookie policy and the ENgage terms and conditions boxes, to accept our user agreements
9. If you would like to receive updates, news and offers from England Netball, make sure the first box is selected
10. Select ‘Next’ to proceed to the next page.
11. If you hold any health conditions, please click the appropriate boxes
12. Select ‘Confirm’
13. Once you can confirm that the information displayed is correct, press ‘Confirm’

The details of your account, including your ENA ID and a password reset will be emailed to you from noreply@first-sports.com. Please monitor your junk folder, if the link is not in your inbox as the password re-set link is only valid for 24 hours.

Please make a note of your ENA ID and password, as you will need to enter these credentials each time you wish to log in to ENgage.

1. Log into your ENgage account
2. Click on the ‘Directory’ button
3. Click on the funnel symbol on the right hand-side of the screen
4. Select the ‘+’ symbol
5. Select ‘Reference’
6. Enter the organisations ID (Please contact your organisation if you’re unsure what this is)
7. Click ‘Apply’
8. Select the small circle to the left of the organisation name
9. Click ‘Join’
10. Select from individual type dropdown, as appropriate
11. Select ‘Save’

If they respond that the packages are not available for public purchase, this means that a committee member from the organisation will process membership packages and send payment request emails directly to athletes.

However, if they respond that the packages are available for public purchase, please follow these instructions,

1. Log into your Engage account
2. Select the ‘Buy membership at {your organisation}’ button
3. Click the ‘Over 18 membership package’
4. Select ‘Checkout’
5. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
6. Select ‘Pay now’
7. Enter your payment details
