The Netball Family have found innovative ways to stay connected during this time through shooting challenges, home workout tips and sharing positive stories online.
We have pulled together the best bits shared on social media from the last seven days.
Introducing the Virtual Netball Club
Whilst we can’t get on court, we’re taking membership online with the Virtual Netball Club.
From Vitality Roses workouts to live junior and senior training sessions, as well as Netball Natter with presenter Zara Buck, and so much more, there’s something for everyone.
Every Monday, we’ll send England Netball members a schedule of what you can expect to see at the VNC each day and week one went down an absolute treat – roll on week two!

More sunshine = more netball in the garden
The sun has been shining and netballers across the country have continued to #TakeNetballHome.
From a mother (GA) and daughter (C) netball duo to pets even getting in on the action, players keep training to maintain their fitness and sharp skills ready for when it’s safe to return to court.

Helen Housby school of shooting
The Vitality Roses are also working hard with Helen Housby coming up with a little invention for her shooting practice.
And she’s inspired an isolation shooting gang with a host of netballers giving her rebounder set-up a go.

First winner of ‘Any Dream We’ll Do’
We said ‘Any Dream We’ll Do’, you nominated fellow members and we delivered the first prize with a bit of help from the most capped Vitality Rose Jade Clarke.
Ellis Adamson, who is working on the front line at the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust and is part of St Agnes Netball Club in Cornwall, was the inaugural winner of our ‘Any Dream We’ll Do’ initiative.
She was nominated by Hannah Turner and speaking about Ellis, Hannah said: “She is working with Covid patients with end of life care and despite seeing the worst, she always smile and keeps things positive. She has worked throughout lockdown but continues to motivate our members by posting fitness challenges and home workouts for us to participate in. How she finds the time I don’t know!”
