Over the last week, people have been using social media as a tool to get their netball fix.
The Netball Family have found innovative ways to stay connected during this time through shooting challenges, home workout tips and sharing positive stories online.
We have pulled together the best bits shared on social media from the last seven days.
Vitality Roses programme athletes selected for new season
England Netball this week revealed the list of athletes that have been selected for the 2020/21 Vitality Roses and Roses Futures programmes.
The group is made up of 16 players from the P1 route for UK based athletes and eight through P2 for athletes that play abroad in Australia or New Zealand.
In addition to the names selected for the Roses programme, there is also a P3 option whereby athletes not in the Roses programme can trial for internationals.

The announcement saw the likes of Vitality Netball World Cup 2019 captain Serena Guthrie after a year-absence and Jo Harten who took a six-month period off.

Roses back in training
The Vitality Roses are poised to return to training in the near future as a return to training plan was revealed by England Netball.
This comes after the Government outlined its five stage return to elite sport roadmap and guidance around the conditions that need to be implemented for elite athletes to return to competitive training safely.

The Vitality Roses will be lacing up their trainers and returning to individual based training (stage one) at two Elite Training Centres in Bisham and Manchester on 21 July. The team will then advance to training in Loughborough (stage two) early August.

World Cup rewind
The Vitality Netball World Cup 2019 one-year anniversary is still upon us and the Netball Family have been using the last few days to think back to that incredible event in Liverpool last summer.
We have been able to revisit every single goal scored by the Vitality Roses, recreate some iconic moments, and vote for the fans’ most iconic event of the competition.
We even heard Eboni Usoro-Brown – who racked up her 100th cap during the tournament – and from those who made the event happen.
