England Netball renews partnership with Harrod Sport

England Netball has today announced the renewal of its long-term partnership with Harrod Sport.

The one-year extension with the UK’s leading manufacturer of sports equipment continues an association of over 20 years, with Harrod Sport remaining as England Netball’s official post supplier with its products being used at Vitality Roses internationals, plus other grassroots to elite tournaments.

The ongoing relationship illustrates Harrod Sport’s commitment to the game across the country at all levels, something the company has continuously highlighted by offering a range of discounts to the Netball Family on equipment and by gifting items to inspiring England Netball members during key milestones.

In one touching example, Harrod Sport gifted a netball post to eight-year-old England Netball member Isla Bower after she shared a moving poem on social media about her wish to one day own a netball post of her own.

Fran Connolly, CEO of England Netball, said: “Our long-standing relationship with Harrod Sport really illustrates the deep-rooted foundations of netball, and the impact the game has, here in the UK. Our association and 20 plus years of working together, keeping players of all ages and all levels across the country united through the game, is a real testament to Harrod Sport’s commitment to our sport. On behalf of everyone at England Netball, I would like to offer our sincere thanks to everyone at Harrod Sport for their ongoing support.”

Kevin Utton, Director of Sports Sales & Marketing at Harrod Sport, added: “We are always delighted to partner with an organisation like England Netball, not only are they one of the best netball teams in the world, but they also work just as hard at inspiring the future generation and encourage a wider demographic to get into sport and keep active.”

Competition

To celebrate the renewal, Harrod Sport are running a competition for an England Netball member to win their team one pair of custom designed post protectors as well as two netball posts and a signed England netball!
