The U15 and U17 National Club Cup champions will be crowned this weekend.
Following three successful tri-regional events held between December 2021 and February 2022, the three winners from each age group (3 x U15 and 3 x U17) will compete at the Copper Box Arena on Sunday 5 June.
After a challenging 18 months of disruption to the 2020/21 season, the regional events allowed athletes who missed out on the U14 and U16 National Clubs competition to compete as a team.
With the Copper Box Arena also the venue for the Vitality Netball Superleague (VNSL) Grand Final, the six clubs will get to play on the show court.
The U15 teams are Teignbridge Titans (South winners), Kingsway Power (North West winners) and Turnford (Midlands).
The U17 teams are Eagles (South winners), Oldham (North West winners) and Charnwood Rutland (Midlands).
The competition will take the format of a round robin with the fixtures as follows:
09:30 – U15 – Game 1
Teignbridge Titans 20-22 Kingway Power
10:00 – U17 – Game 1
Eagles 19-22 Oldham
10:30 – U15 – Game 2

11:30 – U15 – Game 3

The competition will take place behind closed doors with just family and friends in attendance.
