England Thorns set for historic series against Jamaica Suns

The England Thorns are ready and raring for their first-ever international men’s test series on home soil when they face the Jamaica Suns later this month and tickets are available here.

History is set to be made on Wednesday 28 June as the three-match series – also England Men’s and Mixed Netball Association’s (EMMNA) first ticketed event – gets underway at the Jean Brown Arena in Redbridge.

The action then moves to the David Ross Sports Village in Nottingham on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July as both sides continue the battle to be crowned champions.

With both teams eager to prove their quality and come out on top, fans can expect to witness some truly impressive displays of athleticism and skill.

Head Coach Sharron Lewis-Burke has named her 15-strong squad for the inaugural Thorns test series.

The weekend’s fixtures are exciting double headers with the EMMNA Mixed team taking on the Trailblazers U25 squad on the Saturday and then matching up against a Mixed All-Star side featuring 2023 Netball Super League stars and international men’s players.
