Any Dream We'll Do: Emma Bowes-Crick

Back in May 2020, we launched our exciting new initiative ‘Any Dream We’ll Do’ to try and bring a little bit of happiness and hope to the Netball Family during lockdown.

All you needed to do was nominate a fellow member or group of members, tell us why they would be a worthy winner and most importantly, what you think their netball dream would be.

Our Dream Makers panel received so many entries and have started to work their magic behind the scenes with a number of very special surprises!

Emma Bowes-Crick, who is an Army master and England Netball member, was selected as a winner of our ‘Any Dream We’ll Do’ initiative.

She was nominated by her coach, and speaking about Emma, they said: “She gives everything to netball, she is the one who organises everything for everyone, we wouldn’t be where we are without her.

“She is an army nurse and is doing nights at the nightingale hospital in the ICU, which she volunteered for and is just a true inspiration, always putting others before her.

“Not only does she deserve this for the time and effort she has put into the hospital during this time, she deserves it for everything she’s ever done for army netball.”

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what happened when Emma joined the Vitality Roses for a virtual training session…
