The tournament runs in a group format, where teams in each age division are placed into either Group A or Group B, within which they will compete for final group placings.
Following the group stage, play-offs will take place for the final standings, along with two semi-finals in each age division. These semi-finals will see the winner of Group A face the team who came second in Group B whilst the winner of Group B will face the team who came second in Group A.
The winners of each of these semi-finals will then go on to play in the final, with the winners of the final crowned NPL tournament champions for their age group.
Last year’s U17 and U21 champions Loughborough Lightning will be looking to retain their titles, whilst it is London Pulse who are defending the top spot in the U19 division. Pulse will also be hoping to go one better than their second-place finish in 2023 in the U17 division.
The tournament is supported by England Netball partner Physique.
Fixtures and results will be updated throughout the day, along with final placings, on the NPL Tournament page, and you can watch live with a streaming pass on englandnetball.tv.
