EN membership announces ultimate Florida trip winner: Sarah Burgess

We are happy to announce that Sarah Burgess from Queen B’s Netball Club has won the ultimate prize – a Florida trip as part of our ‘ONE Key: ENdless Experiences prize draw’.

It has been a fantastic membership renewal period, with over 109,000 women and girls returning to court for the new season.

We have loved celebrating our members throughout this period and reading all your amazing netball stories as part of the prize draw campaign – it has truly shown us the power of netball in uniting and empowering women and girls across the country.

As a reminder, this year when members joined the membership in the months of August and September, their ENA ID could unlock the chance to win a range of prizes and surprises each week.

This included, a £100 Gilbert voucher, NSL Super Cup and Grand Final tickets bundle, a coaching session with a Vitality Rose and the ultimate prize, a four-night stay in Florida for four people, plus passes to an attraction, courtesy of our travel partners, Experience Kissimmee!

When we contacted Sarah Burgess, our Florida prize winner, she was thrilled to receive the prize. Sarah said: “I am delighted that I have been selected as the prize winner of the Kissimmee holiday and will be able to share this experience with three of my closest friends.”

Sharing a little about her netball journey, Sarah told us: “I was in a successful netball team in high school, but then did not play again until after university.

“I joined Queen B’s Netball Club after being invited by an old teammate and have now been playing for the club for over 10 years.

“I play netball three to four times a week and consider it an essential part of my lifestyle.”

Queen B’s Netball Club, which plays in Queensnorth Netball League in Northwood, has climbed through the ranks over the years; starting in Division 5, the Middlesex-based team took every win in their stride and now competes in Division 1, where they have played for the last few seasons.

Sarah is currently the captain of her Division 1 team, coaches their newly developed Division 5 squad and runs a Back to Netball session for new starters and players from other teams.

Simply put, Sarah lives and breathes netball and highlights exactly how an EN membership can enhance your netball journey.

From playing and coaching opportunities to incredible Florida prize trips like this one, EN membership is your key to unlocking ENdless experiences on and beyond the court.

Congratulations to Sarah, and we hope to catch up with her when she embarks on her Florida trip over the next year.

Also, well done to all our winners in this year’s prize draw and to everyone who submitted an entry – your commitment to the sport has not gone unnoticed!

In light of recent events occurring in Kissimmee and Florida, we would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected. Know that we stand by our travel partners, Experience Kissimmee, at this time.
