England Netball would like to wish Louise Travis the best of luck as she joins the team of Officials for the Quad Series in London. Travis takes over from Gary Burgess who umpired the Australia vs New Zealand and South Africa vs Australia matches in Durban, South Africa last week.
Louise said of her appointment “I’m really looking forward to umpiring in a home environment as you get used to travelling between 15 to 24 hours on a plane for matches at international level.
“I’ve analysed the matches involving New Zealand and South Africa from the Durban leg so know what to expect from the two very different styles of play.”
Louise will be on court for the New Zealand vs South Africa clash at the SSE Arena, Wembley on Sunday.
