NGB Visa Endorsement Guidance and Requirements

Vitality Netball Superleage

The Home Office points-based immigration system for International Sportsperson visa requires a governing body endorsement for both the sponsor licence and the individual migrant visa applications.

If a Netball Super League club is wishing to contract sponsor an overseas player or eligible job role that requires an International Sportsperson visa, then they will need to apply for a governing body sponsorship endorsement before applying to the Home office for a Sponsorship licence.

Once the club have a sponsorship licence, the club will then need to apply for an individual migrant governing body visa endorsements for any import players or any of the eligible job roles that require the International Sportsperson visa before the individual can submit a visa application to the Home Office.
