Please contact your club to let them know. This error message normally occurs due to no club bank details being entered in ENgage, therefore, the system cannot accept the payment.
This is easy. Once you have joined the club directory, you will then need to contact the club directly to find out how they plan to release the membership packages and when.
If the club responds that the packages will not be released publically, this means that the club admin will process membership packages and send payment request emails directly to athletes.
However, if the club responds that the packages are available for public purchase, please follow these instruction:
• Log into Engage
• Select the ‘Buy membership at {2nd claim netball club}’ button
• Select the ‘Over 18 membership package’
• Select ‘Checkout’
• Select the circle next to the wanted payment method
• Select ‘Pay now’
• Enter your payment details
As you will have already paid the England Netball fee, this fee, along with any duplicate county and regional fees (that you have settled through your 1st claim order), will be deducted from your order and you will only be charged the difference.
We no longer charge 2nd claim fees. Individuals simply buy membership at the club/s that they wish to be a part of. The England Netball fee and any county and region fees paid in your 1st claim order will be automatically deducted on your 2nd claim order so that you will never pay the same fee twice.

If you did not link your account to the club directory then proceed to purchase your membership through them, you will not be displayed in their membership list.
Even though your club might not be collecting a club fee through ENgage, in order to allow the club admin to view your membership, you have to purchase a membership package released by them.
To top-up your membership in order to make it visible to the club, please follow this simple guidance.
If you have bought a membership but not directly with your netball club, it is easy to top up so that you are displayed in the club membership list.
Once you have linked to the club, you will then need to contact your club directly to find out how they plan to release the membership packages and when.

Any fees already paid in your previous order will be deducted and you will only be required to pay the difference (if applicable).
This language is a little confusing but don’t worry!
As long as your order is marked ‘paid’, then there is nothing to worry about. This status is displayed due to it relating to the 2020/21 season, whereby you will only become a personal member from 1st September 2020.
The option of BACS payment was only available as a payment method up until 31/10/19. We can now only accept payment for memberships by online card or direct debit.

Individuals can only coach once the direct debit has been authorised, whereby, you will be notified by an auto-email confirming this.

This indicates that you have processed a membership/product but have yet to pay for it.
To pay for a pending order, please follow these instructions:
- Log into your ENgage account
- In the ‘My Organisations’ box, select the club that the membership package is from
- Click ‘Personal details’
- Select ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side menu
- Double click on the order reference
- Select the circle next to the wanted payment method
- In the payment method area, enter the payee’s billing details
- Select ‘Pay now’
- Enter the card details
