LRG Fitness; England Netball’s official online fitness partner, is offering all England Netball members a free three-week trial of LRG On Demand to help the netball community stay fit and active.
The initiative comes after the announcement that all netball activity across the country would be suspended (16.03.2020) following the government guidance around Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Regardless of age, fitness or your motivation on any given day, LRG On Demand offers an extensive video library of workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home and at any time.
The service offers a more rounded outlook on your health and wellbeing, addressing the physical side as well as the importance of mindfulness.
There are even some great videos that children can take part in to help the whole family.
Founders of LRG Fitness, Nina and Ben Gambling, said: “Now more than ever it is important that we look to remain physically active to help manage stress and ensure quality sleep.
“With netball and other sporting activities cancelled, and now school closures, we realise that for many this may prove challenging given the circumstances we now face.
“Working with our partner England Netball, we would like to help facilitate this by offering members a free trial of LRG On Demand for a three-week period.
“Keep active, stay healthy, and keep safe.”
If you are an England Netball member, check your inbox for your exclusive access code and head to https://lrgfitness.com/netballmembershipondemand/ to find out more about LRG On Demand and to sign up. Access to the free trial will end on 16 April 2020.
There will also be a different Wednesday workout, including a desk workout and stretching exercises, shared on the England Netball Facebook page over the next few weeks.
