Mobile Ticket App FAQs

Tickets will appear in the app and be available to transfer to friends and family before the match. The barcodes for the England Netball tickets will be activated approximately 3 hours before doors open.

Instructions for the “England Netball Tickets App” secure mobile tickets

Once tickets are available in the England Netball Tickets app, you will receive an email from “donotreply@ticketing.englandnetball.co.uk”.

You must log into the England Netball Tickets App with exactly the same email address as what you purchased your tickets with.

Once you have purchased tickets you will receive a confirmation email from England Netball.

Before the match you will receive an email from England Netball with instructions on how to download your tickets as below.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED AND LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE EVENT DAY.

  1. Using your mobile phone, download the England Netball Ticket mobile app.
  2. Open the England Netball Tickets app and sign-up/sign-in using your email address you used to purchase tickets.
  3. Following your registration, before the event your tickets will appear in the England Netball Tickets mobile app.
  4. When tickets are activated within the England Netball Tickets app, you will receive a notification from the app.
  5. Once this message has been received the ticket will be active inside the app, click on the ticket and the QR code will be displayed ready for scanning.

Transferring tickets

This option will be available once tickets appear in the app.

  1. On the England Netball Tickets app navigate to ‘My Tickets’.
  2. Find the ticket you want to transfer and select it.
  3. Once you have located the ticket you want to transfer, scroll down and then click “Send your ticket”.
  4. Click “Ticket recipient” and choose a contact from your contact list or enter the recipient’s contact details into the relevant fields, then press ‘Send’.
  5. You will be taken to a screen showing “Your tickets have been sent”. This page will show what email address the tickets have been sent to. You can then “View pending transfer” or go back to the “My Tickets” section using the “Go to your tickets” button.

Checking the status of transferred tickets

The ticket will remain ‘In Transfer’ until the recipient has accepted the ticket.

Once the recipient has accepted the ticket, you will see that is has been sent to your contact successfully in the “Completed” section of the “Transfers” menu option.

The recipient will receive an email from England Netball explaining that you have sent them a ticket and they should click the link to download the app and receive the ticket.

You will then see the ticket has been transferred to your contact with the date of the transfer.

Receiving a ticket that has been transferred to you

When a ticket has been sent to you, you will receive an email from England Netball with instructions on how to download your tickets as below:

  1. Using your mobile phone, download the England Netball Tickets mobile app.
  2. Open the England Netball Ticket app and sign-up/sign-in using your email address.
  3. Following your registration, your tickets will appear in the England Netball Ticket mobile app.
  4. Click on the ticket in the “Transfer” menu option.
  5. You will then be able to see the ticket and who has sent it to you.
  6. The ticket will display in the “Pending” section of the “Transfer” menu option.
  7. Click on the ticket and select either “Send all tickets back” or “Download all tickets”.
  8. When tickets are activated within the England Netball Ticket app, you will receive a notification from the app.
  9. Once this message has been received the ticket will be active inside the app, click on the ticket and the QR code will be displayed ready for scanning.
