Netball teams raise over 20k at Charity Netball Tournament

The first ever Look Good Feel Better charity tournament was staged at the Copper Box Arena on Sunday and the incredible netball family raised over £20,000!

30 teams signed up to take part and they were all on court for a brisk warm-up session by mid-morning. There were smiles, bright colours and sportsmanship galore on show.

Plenty of spectators donated £10 to watch the teams in action and Vitality Netball Superleague stars Lindsay Keable, Peace Proscovia and Vanessa Walker were on hand to dish out some top tips, show their support and join in the fun.

At the end of the day we had three delighted winners with Panthers clinching the victory in Pool 1, Dixon Wilson topping Pool 2 and The Wilderpeople triumphing in Pool 3.

Throughout the day beauty and netball masterclasses were held with players and spectators given the opportunity to explore the beauty playground and pick up a few treats along the way.
