We are pleased to introduce the launch of the NETBALLHer Learning Offer; created in partnership with The Well HQ, it is a free online learning opportunity designed to exclusively empower our Over 18 and Secondary School group members with a comprehensive understanding of female health in netball.
Building on the foundations that the NETBALLHer website has created over the past year, the NETBALLHer Learning Offer aims to take eligible members’ learning around female health one step further, teaching them how to practically enhance their own netball experiences during key life stages, as well as those of other women and girls.
Our inaugural module: The Female Body
Today, we are releasing the first online module, “The Female Body”. This module serves as an insightful introduction to how female netballers need to move, train and play in order to thrive. It’s the first step towards becoming a well-informed and confident participant, coach, teacher or parent who knows how “she” can flourish in netball.

Who is the module for?
The NETBALLHer Learning Offer is an exclusive opportunity for 2023-2024 Over 18 EN members and Secondary School group members*. It is FREE to access, and has been designed to cater for various needs, including:
- Coaches and Teachers – to elevate their coaching and training programmes with female health insights and to create a female-first environment.
- Parents – to stay informed and better support their netball-loving kids.
- Players – to level up their netball game with valuable female health knowledge.
*Registration codes for membership schools will be sent via email in November. If you are a teacher at a membership school that has not renewed for 2023-2024, or you work at a school that would like to access the NETBALLHer Learning Offer, please inquire about Secondary School group membership below to make sure you receive the registration email.

Flexible learning, tailored for you
Each online module will take roughly three-four hours to complete and is broken into bitesize 10-15 minute modules. By design, the modules are made so that you can dip in and out, study at your pace, anywhere, on any device and for free! Your busy schedule won’t hold you back.
