Nominations open for the ONE Awards 2025

Nominations are now open for you to recognise the incredible people in your region that have changed your life – or someONE you know’s life – in netball via the ONE Awards.

The ONE Awards spotlight the amazing people who volunteer and make netball happen, through varying roles like officiating, coaching, administration, supporting school netball activity, clubs and local leagues, or helping drive inclusion and reaching new audiences in netball.

Help us recognise the ONEs everywhere by nominating someONE who makes the difference to your netball experience thanks to their commitment and welcoming approach to your experiences on and beyond the court. Nominations close on Sunday 18 May.

There are nine regional ONE Awards 2025 celebrations taking place across the country, celebrating nominees across 10 categories, culminating in the ONE Awards national event.

Phase 1 features ten categories that will be considered at a regional level – some regions have extra categories which will be highlighted on the form and information about these awards can also be found on the respective regional websites.

Nominees must be an individual member of England Netball for all awards apart from the Inclusion Award. Nominees for the Young Volunteer or Teacher Award must be volunteering for an educational environment or organisation that is a member of England Netball or have individual membership to England Netball.

The winners from each of these categories will be invited to attend local celebrations in June and July. Following these celebrations, winners from each category across the nine regions will be reviewed by a national panel, led by EN President Joan Mills, and invited to a national event that will take place in autumn 2025.

Netball simply wouldn’t happen without the time, energy and talent of brilliant volunteers across the country so help us recognise the ONEs everywhere.
