This is due to the account not being linked to an organisation. Please follow these instructions to link the account to an organisation and buy your child a membership:
- Log into ENgage
- Click on Add in the My Organisations section of your profile
- Enter the club name
- Click the Search button
- Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon
- Click Buy Membership
- Select your child from the Select Person panel
- Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase (Note: check you are selecting the correct membership package and season)
- Select Checkout
- View and tick any waivers relating to the order
- Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
- Check the Payment Method details are correct
- Select Pay now
- Enter your payment details
If you are linked to an organisation but the Buy Membership button is not available, this is due to the organisation not releasing membership publically, therefore, please contact the committee regarding allocating you a membership.
Please complete our contact form to request that a social and supporting membership is processed within ENgage.
Please note, the Supporter membership package is not suitable for individuals that are situated on the court.
Currently, you can pay online using a debit or credit card.
The option of BACS payment was only available as a payment method up until 31/10/19. We can now only accept payment for memberships by online card or direct debit.
Clubs may offer products for purchase on ENgage for commonly needed items such as kit. Please follow these instructions for guidance on how to purchase a product in ENgage:
- Log into ENgage
- In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to the club that has released the product
- Click Personal details
- Select Memberships on the left-hand side menu
- Select the wanted product
- Select Checkout
- Select the circle next to the wanted payment method
- Select Pay now
- Enter your payment details
This indicates that a membership/product order has been created but you are yet to pay for it.
To pay for a pending order, please follow these instructions:
- Log into ENgage
- Click on the user menu in the top right corner of the screen
- Select My orders from the menu
- Click on the order reference
- In the payment method area, select the circle next to the wanted payment method and enter the payee’s billing details
- Select Pay now
- Enter the card details
The club membership purchase process is dependant on whether the club has released the packages publicly or not. To ascertain this, please ensure your account is linked to the club then if there is no Buy membership in the My Organisations section of your profile, then the club is not releasing club membership publicly, therefore, please contact the club committee regarding allocating your child a club membership.
If the Buy membership button is displayed, please follow this simple guidance to buy a club membership for your child:
- In the My Organisation section of your profile select the Buy Membership button
- Select your child from the Select Person panel
- Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase
(Note: check you are selecting the correct membership package and season) - Select Checkout
- View and tick any waivers relating to the order
- Click the circle next to the wanted payment method
- Check the Payment Method details are correct
- Select Pay now
- Enter your payment details
Any duplicate county, region and England Netball fees from the previous order/s will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so you will only pay the difference (if any).
If you select the Direct Debit option as the payment method, it works similarly to using a debit card. However, the payment is staggered so that the amount is debited after 3 days or more.
Only once the direct debit has been settled with the bank, will you be authorised as an England Netball member. You will be notified by an auto-email confirming when the payment has settled.
Please note, if you need to play in the very immediate future, using the ‘Online card’ payment method is the best option.
ENgage payments will show as ‘First Sports International’ on a bank statement and will be split into the constituent parts – England Netball, County, Region etc.

Please contact the club to let them know. This error message normally occurs due to no club bank details being entered in ENgage, therefore, the system cannot accept the payment.
Individuals can only play with their club once the direct debit has settled, whereby, you will be notified by an auto-email confirming this.
Please note, the payment is normally debited 3 days after or longer.
