How to link to a organisation and/or create a Relationship Link

If your child leaves a club and you wish to remove his/her/your account from the ENgage club directory, please request this by completing our contact form. Alternatively, you can contact the club admin to request that they remove the account from their directory. You can view our full data privacy policy here.

Remember, you are in control of who can see your personal account. If the club can’t see your account, chances are, you haven’t linked your account to the club.

To enable you to link your account to your child’s club, follow the below guidance:

1. Log in to your ENgage account
2. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of your profile
3. Enter the club name
4. Click the Search button
5. Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon

Remember, individuals are in control of who can see their personal account. If your child’s club can’t see their account, chances are, the account has not been linked to the club.

To enable you to link your child’s account to their club, follow the below guidance:

1. Log in to your ENgage account
2. In the Family and Friends section of your profile, select your Child to access their account
3. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of their profile
4. Enter the club name
5. Click the Search button
6. Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon

You can’t create the link yourself.

However, if both of you link your accounts to the same club by following these instructions, the club admin can then link both of your accounts:

1. Log in to ENgage
2. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of your profile
3. Enter the club name
4. Click the Search button
5. Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon

If you have your own ENgage account which is linked to your child’s account, please view the following guidance:

1. Log in to ENgage
2. In the Family and Friends section of your your profile select your Child to access their account
3. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of their profile
4. Enter the club name
5. Click the Search button
6. Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon

If you don’t have an ENgage account but your child does, please view the following guidance:

1. Log in to your child’s ENgage account*
2. Click on Add in the My Organisations section of their profile
3. Enter the club name
4. Click the Search button
5. Select the organization by clicking on the ✔ icon

* If you can log into your child’s account, please complete our contact form so that one of our customer experience team members can help.

If you are currently both joined to the same club directory, please contact this netball club who will have the ability to delete relationship links. If you are no longer in contact with the club, please complete our contact form with the name of the individual that you wish to have the relationship removed from, so that one of our customer experience team can help.
