The event will also once again include three men’s teams with New Zealand competing as the hosts alongside their Trans-tasman rivals Australia and South Africa.

Having both won back-to-back series, Australia women and New Zealand men will be looking to make it three consecutive titles at this year’s event.

World Netball Head of Events Kate Agnew said: “The FAST5 Netball World Series is a key part of our thrilling international events calendar.

“This innovative, dynamic and fast format has brought great entertainment and talent to New Zealand over the last two years, and we know that Netball New Zealand, along with the world’s other five-most experienced FAST5 womens’ teams and our three world-class men’s teams, will create a fantastic spectacle for all to enjoy this year too.”

NNZ CEO Jennie Wyllie said: “It will be great to be able to host these international teams once again in Christchurch.

“We know our fans will be thrilled to see such a strong line-up for the FAST5 Netball World Series 2024 and we look forward to showcasing the series both in New Zealand and around the world this November.”
