Terms & Conditions – ONE key. ENdless Experiences Prize Draw

This prize draw is promoted by England Netball, the All England Netball Association (“England Netball”, “we” or “us”), a company limited by guarantee (registered number 01698144) whose registered office is England Netball, SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 3QF.  

Any references to “we”, “us” or “our” shall be taken as references to England Netball. Any references to “you” or “your” shall be taken as references to any applicant for the prize draw. 

By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept the following terms: 

The prize draw: 

1. This prize draw opens at 00:00:00 BST on 1st August 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 BST on 1st October 2024.  
2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man and have joined England Netball’s 2024-2025 membership by 23:59:59 BST on the 30 September 2024.  
3. This is a free prize draw open to 2024-2025 England Netball members and no additional purchase is necessary beyond membership to enter or win the prize draw. Personal membership only. Excludes group membership. 
4. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over. Junior members may enter via their parent or legal guardian. Employees and officers of England Netball or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.  
5. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing your membership online, England Netball does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. England Netball accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason. 

How to enter:  

6. To enter this prize draw you must join England Netball’s 2024-2025 personal membership and complete the online entry form with your details and your ENA ID. A link to the entry form can be found in the thank you email that you will receive the day after England Netball receive funds for your 2024-2025 personal membership. You must complete your entry before the closing time and date detailed in paragraphs 1 and 2.  
7. England Netball shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which are not submitted before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete, or corrupted. You must have a valid email address to claim a prize or surprise. 

Choosing a Winner: 

8. Each week, at least one winner will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process to win a prize or surprise. There will be a minimum of nine winners in total. Only one winner will win the Grand Prize. 
9. Winners of the prize draw will be notified by email or using the other contact details provided to us within 14 days after the closing time for the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. 
10. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize. 
11. For transparency we will generally publish the name of prize winners online and on social media. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize. In such circumstances, England Netball must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
12. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our discretion. You can view the full list of prizes here. Each prize and surprise may also be subject to its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the draw. We may modify these terms and conditions as necessary, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. 
13. The decision of England Netball regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

The Experience Kissimmee Prize:  

14. The Grand Prize: 
    1. a) There is one (1) Grand Prize available consisting of one (1) 4-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Kissimmee, Florida (the “Trip”). 
    2. b) The Trip includes: 
       1. Return economy flights from Gatwick, Manchester, or Heathrow for the winner and their Companion(s) flying into Orlando International Airport as determined by Experience Kissimmee (the “Sponsor”);  
       2. Hotel accommodation for four (4) consecutive nights for the winner and their Companion(s) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, quad occupancy, room & tax only);  
       3. Four (4) attraction tickets, as selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Attraction tickets are subject to separate terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions which can be found on the ticket upon issue; 
       4. Uber credits will be issued to cover the airport transfer from Orlando International Airport to the hotel in Kissimmee.  
    3. c) The grand prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars $4900 USD.
    4. d) The grand prize does not include spending money or any other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless explicitly stated
    5. e) Any additional costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description (such as travel, accommodation, meals, and other incidental expenses) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. The winner will be contacted by England Netball, who will introduce the winner to the Sponsor to make the reservation.  
16. Both the Flights and Hotel stay will be awarded in the form of a certificate issued by the Sponsor. The certificate will not be valid on projected hotel sold out dates. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Experience Kissimmee cannot guarantee availability on the winner’s preferred dates. Reservations are subject to separate terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions, which can be found on the certificate.  
17. The prize is non-transferable to another location and non-negotiable. Expiration dates will not be extended. The certificate is not redeemable for cash.  
18. The prize winner has the option to extend their stay beyond the four nights at their own expense. Any additional nights are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the Sponsor. The cost of any additional nights, including all applicable taxes and fees, will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Neither England Netball nor Experience Kissimmee will cover these additional costs. Arrangements for extending the stay must be made prior to the commencement of the four-night prize stay. 
19.  It is the sole responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they have met all health and travel requirements for the destination, including but not limited to obtaining necessary inoculations, vaccinations, and travel documents (such as passports and visas). Neither England Netball nor Experience Kissimmee will be responsible for any costs or issues arising from failure to comply with these requirements.  
20.  This prize must be booked with Experience Kissimmee before the 1st March 2025 (the “Expiry Date”) with all return travel completed by 31st October 2025.  
21. If a prize is not booked by 1st March 2025, it will be deemed forfeited. England Netball reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry if a prize is cancelled before the deadline of 1st March 2025. 
22. If the holiday booked by the Grand Prize winner is cancelled by the Grand Prize Winner for any reason it will be deemed forfeited. 
23. If the Trip value is under $4900 USD, the winner and their companion(s) (as applicable) will not be awarded credit, no cash exchange will be offered, and the remaining value will be lost if not booked with Experience Kissimmee by the Expiry Date. 
24. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.  
25. The prize is subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas and New Year.  
26. Experience Kissimmee reserves the right to amend or cancel the Trip for any reason without prior notice.  
27. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Experience Kissimmee in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking you cannot make any amendments.  
28. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.  

General: 

29. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with England Netball’s privacy policy (see https://www.englandnetball.co.uk/privacy-policy/). 
30. England Netball may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time.  
31. England Netball reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 
32. Where England Netball makes any changes to the prize, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. England Netball will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of England Netball in relation to personal injury or death caused by England Netball negligence or for fraud. 
33. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which England Netball determines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at England Netball’s sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or England Netball. Where England Netball determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, England Netball may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including: 
    1. (a) repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or  
    2. (b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable). 
34. Please note that Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other social media platform are not responsible for any element of this promotion and have in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered this promotion. By entering the prize draw, you agree to fully release and hold all social media platforms harmless from any liability incurred in connection with your entry into the prize draw.  
35. Insofar as is permitted by law, England Netball, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of England Netball, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
36. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
