The Roses Development Framework is a guide for everyone who has a part to play in developing the next generation of talented netballers for the Roses and our elite domestic clubs.

The Roses Development Framework identifies four key pillars that together capture the key technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills and abilities required to perform at the highest level.
