As part of a weekly series in partnership with Gilbert, a number of Vitality Roses will be showcasing how to #TakeNetballHome as we self-isolate.

This week, mid-courter Iona Christian shows us the amount you can do with just a ball and a wall. The Wasps Netball star showed us her top three drills which can be done from a back garden.

Nat’s JaffaCam video diary

With competitive netball currently on hold, Vitality Roses and Vitality Netball Superleague (VNSL) players alike are having to take their training home with them.

Vitality Roses captain Natalie Haythornthwaite gave us a glimpse into how netballers are faring with JaffaCam.

Haythornthwaite let fans inside her home via Instagram to show us her different workouts, what she’s eating and show she is spending her spare time.

Each week, we have been testing your knowledge on various netball topics as part of our #TriviaTuesday series on Instagram.

Having previously been tested on the VNSL and Vitality Netball Nations Cup, fans were quizzed on Roses Futures.

Your Vitality Roses Favourites

The Vitality Roses have produced so many iconic moments over the last few years from winning the Commonwealth Games to hosting the 2019 Vitality Netball World Cup.

Both fans and players shared their ‘Vitality Roses Favourites’ on Instagram last weekend with topics ranging from players to dresses.

You share your Quaran-Teams

Lockdown has meant that fans have had to be creative to get their netball fix and this was fully displayed by Chiltern Emeralds.

The Wycombe-based club shared their #StayHome starting VII with various household items which including some very familiar names.

Including in the team were Helen HOUSEby, Natalie HayTHORNthwaite and Layla GusCLOTH. Check out the video below.
