All the teams have successfully navigated their respective regional competitions to qualify for the National Finals.

Of the 18 teams that played in the 2023 National Finals, 13 of these return for this year’s competition. They are joined by Nottingham City, Lincoln City, Chevrons, Kingsway Power and Ryland, all of whom did not qualify last year so will be keen to make an impression on the competition in 2024.

2023 runners-up Turnford are the highest placing team from last year’s competition to play this weekend, with last year’s winners YWCA Bury failing to qualify for the National Finals. Turnford return with five players from their 2023 team, including 2023 Player of the Tournament Zaneya Cunningham.

Other players to look out for include Lily Rutland, who was selected as the U17 Netball Performance League (NPL) Player of the Year in 2023 and will be kitting up for Kingsway Power this weekend.

The full list of teams competing are:

For parts two and three of the competition, teams will be regrouped according to their placing within their respective group after mini round-robins against all other teams.

The final stage sees matches played out to decide the final standings, including semi-finals and a final.

Introduced last year, an U16 National Club Final MVP Award will be handed out for the best player of the tournament. England Netball partner Gilbert will be providing a £50 voucher that will be presented to the winning player.

The British Army, who are the principal partners of the event, will be in attendance throughout the weekend and will present medals and goodie bags to the winners. They will also be engaging with players throughout, sharing information about the important work they do in the community and providing fun challenges for players to get involved with between matches.

Physique Management will also be providing an England Netball approved first aid kit for the winning team along with prizes for all players on the winning team.

Fixtures and results will be updated throughout the day, along with final placings, on the U16 National Clubs page.
