The Vitality Roses advanced to training in Loughborough (stage two) early August and the Jaffa Cam was there to capture all the action.
Vitality Roses Laura Malcolm and Beth Cobden as well as Roses Future Kira Rothwell took over the Jaffa Cam and shared their first day feelings, a behind-the-scenes look at the processes and protocols plus much more.
The team are currently training in pods with athletes now working in maximum groups of six.
