Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Netball Family!
There are lots of opportunities to volunteer at the Liverpool match of the upcoming Vitality Netball International Series between England and Uganda.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to get involved on Tuesday 27th November at the Echo Arena.
Here’s an overview of the roles available…
Event Crew
Will assist the event team with venue set-up, including VIP and hospitality areas, back of house (changing rooms etc.) and the concourse area for programme sales and fan zone activities.
Event crew are required from 9am – 4pm but will be able to stay and watch the game after.
General Volunteer Roles
Including
programme sellers – part of a team responsible for selling fan programmes around the concourse of the arena
media zone – supporting the Communications team by greeting members of the media and showing them to the media area
fan engagement – welcoming faces for spectators, handing out thundersticks, helping spectators find their seats
sponsor activation – supporting the Commercial team with any sponsor activities, supervising competition winners for mascots and ball patrol
back of house support – working with the Volunteer Manager and Volunteer Team Leader to ensure smooth running of the event
General volunteer roles required from 3pm until approx. 8:30pm, and will get to watch the England vs. Uganda game whilst carrying out their roles.
