The two sides have met on 44 occasions with the Vitality Roses coming out on top in 33 of those meetings, including eight of the last 10.

This is a significant fixture for Head Coach Jess Thirlby as the last three-match series that took place between England and South Africa was Thirlby’s first series in charge, back in 2019.

Fast forward five years and Thirlby is now about to hit 50 games in charge of the Vitality Roses midway through this three-match series.

Where to watch

All three matches will be available for UK viewers to watch on Sky Sports’ platforms, including their YouTube channel.

Fans in South Africa can tune in to SuperSport and fans elsewhere around the world can watch all three matches through Netball Pass for £9.99.
